Among my internet friends, I got two special things. The first was a card from Sammie (Bears In Exile) that had snowflakes on the inside edges, the cake graphic and dotted "i" were a snowflakes too! It arrived exactly on my birthday. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness of my blog friend.
Kathy (Katney) sent me a package and I have to chuckle at her because she told me that she passed up this item a couple times and then went back and got it for ME because she just knew I would love adding it to my snowmen collection. Below are some photos of the process of opening it.
Thank you, Kathy for such thoughtfulness. You have made my birthday really special. Ü Each time I pass by it, I shall think
of your generosity and kindness towards me -- LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH. . .

- WELCOME to my blog. I hope you will return often.
I am on my third digital camera, all Olympus. I enjoy using it and sharing my photos. I also enjoy writing. I hope to share a little of each on this blog. My main blog is Postcards From the Northwest.
Kerri and I will continue to add benches to "For the Love of Benches Continued . . . " blog also. It is good to continue to share with her!
Continuation of the Kiggins House Re-model photos were lost when my computer crashed.
The latest city project, TURTLE PLACE, will unfold here as I have time to add photos. It is complete and maybe I can find enough photos someday to show you the final results. Next project after the two I am working on now. . .

You're lucky to have such nice friends!
Happy Birthday! Your really have been blessed this year with the snow.
That is a unigue picture of snowmen and so you.
You are lucky to have such friends!
Now, a bench would have been nice. I'll have to look around.
Happy belated birthday, Paulie! Mine was the 6th but I didn't have time to blog about it. I guess I felt my photos & odd shots were more important. LOL When and if I catch up, I'll probaby post about it. I loved what Katney sent you! I tried collecting them one year & got a bunch of them with blue sweaters, hats & mittens but felt it was too much so I didn't ask for them again. I put them in our front bay window along with other various things. I don't think I have taken a photo of it with my digital camera. Just have the old 35mm ones. The Christmas lights do not bode well my my digital camera. Sometimes I feel like you are the only person who writes me on my blog. I really appreciate your comments.
Happy Birthday paulie! Many happy returns!
I think your gift is really cool. It's really nice!
Happy birthday, friend. That is a lovely gift. You have thoughtful friends.
Me again - if you drop by sometime, you may find something of interest :-)
I bought the same snowman plack for my daughter-in-law a couple of years ago. I also bought her one that says "all my friends are flakes", and she hung it.
