ODD SHOT MONDAY--Giant Cantaloupe
If you want to join ODD SHOTS, see Katney
I saw this at the Farmer's Market a week ago. I had never seen such a big cantaloupe before - almost looked like a watermelon! Definitely odd when you look at the rest in the box. I did not buy it as it was too heavy to carry the 16 blocks home.

About Me
- PERBS
- WELCOME to my blog. I hope you will return often.
I am on my third digital camera, all Olympus. I enjoy using it and sharing my photos. I also enjoy writing. I hope to share a little of each on this blog. My main blog is Postcards From the Northwest.
Kerri and I will continue to add benches to "For the Love of Benches Continued . . . " blog also. It is good to continue to share with her!
Continuation of the Kiggins House Re-model photos were lost when my computer crashed.
The latest city project, TURTLE PLACE, will unfold here as I have time to add photos. It is complete and maybe I can find enough photos someday to show you the final results. Next project after the two I am working on now. . .

Looks like you would have been eating cantaloupe for a week if you had taken it home.
Fine by me I'd have it. Mouthwatering.
I thought it was watermelon, but you say it's not.Totally unknown for me!...
Oh, lol... I've a mental picture of you rolling it home ;-)
Made my day... yes, I'm easily amused ;-)
Have a terrific week!
that is Ginormous! LOL!
Oh i would love to have a nice big cantaloupe, have not had a decent one for a long time
Nice shot .. I love melon
:-Daryl
Mega melon! Chuckling over JC's comment (rolling it home). LOL
I wouldn't have bought it either & carried it for that length, Paulie!
That's too far to carry one of that size!
