Winter Skies --Blog Your Blessings

If you care to join us acknowledging our blessings go here: Blue Panther

Those white specks are snow falling in February!

The rest of the skies are from January. My blessing is remembering the variety of skies we had this winter and happy we had 15 days of snow falling from those skies; some blue sky days to enjoy and the dark ominous clouds to remind me that better things are to come.

You are really getting to know your new camera. I can see progress in getting what you want in your pictures. Nothing like getting to know your tools.

Lovely skies... and, I don't know about you, but we just got "The Big Thaw" yesterday with a record breaking high temp for this time of year of about 45 degrees! (In February in Toronto... that's almost HOT... well, like I said, in February...)

I can spend hours watching blue skies full of birds. This winter we witnessed all the skies you shared except the first one.
We are badly missing snow please just pray for us that it comes before march.

Thanks

The first shot reminds us of Christmas times...and all the others have a melancholic and sweet atmosphere..I like them!

I just love how the sky photos turned out. There's a nice variety, as far as the clouds and colors go.

All these sky photos are lovely ... the first with the snow falling intrigues me most today. As for the trees ... yup they DO seem to be playing 'catch' with the moon. I've forgotten what kind of camera you're using but you're getting wonderful results. I'm sorry my BYBS post is late ... but it's up today at Sacred Ruminations now.
Hugs and blessings,

About Me

My photo
WELCOME to my blog. I hope you will return often.

I am on my third digital camera, all Olympus. I enjoy using it and sharing my photos. I also enjoy writing. I hope to share a little of each on this blog. My main blog is Postcards From the Northwest.

Kerri and I will continue to add benches to "For the Love of Benches Continued . . . " blog also. It is good to continue to share with her!

Continuation of the Kiggins House Re-model photos were lost when my computer crashed.

The latest city project, TURTLE PLACE, will unfold here as I have time to add photos. It is complete and maybe I can find enough photos someday to show you the final results. Next project after the two I am working on now. . .
