Today's Flowers. . .

ODD SHOTS is just below this post.

Go here if you want to participate: Today's Flowers

This is my first entry. It is a Cosmos. I took it this past week. CLICK to see its beauty!
NOTE:
This is also my last entry. I am a complete failure at leaving the correct link and probably all those I visited won't even find their way here since the link is from a different blog that I was on since I was checking email over there and forgot to go to this name for the posts before I commented on blogs and left my name on Mr. Linky. I apologize.

Thanks for the visit and the comment.

The petals in this shot (and the delicate light) look like beautiful folds of silk.

What a perfect little flower! I like the light and shadow on the petals. This is a superb photo!

Welcome to the club Paulie - and please stay! With a flower like that beauty you have shown us it would be a pity if it was the only one.

I had no trouble finding you sincve I came via the comment (most people do), and who says that we have to participate every time and do everything according to Mr. Linky's limited wishes?

I love cosmos and usually have a bunch of them groing in my yard. I did not get them planted this year, though. Hopefully I will have more time for my garden next year.

Welcome to Today's Flowers. I found my way here and really love the white flower. I take all my photos with an Olympus C-700 digital camera.

Hey, this is Darlene, besides us both using older cameras we live pretty close by . Don't worry about the Mr linky stuff we are all adults and can do what we want. :)

No, you left the right link. I got here, didn't I? Anyway, thanks for visiting my blog. My daughter also uses her 6-yr old Olympus digital and also gets great shots from it. You can even see the pollen on the petals when you enlarge it. Nice shot!

This is a beautiful cosmos. I love this flower because it is delicate yet hardy. I love the way daylight passes right through it, too!

I like this shot. I am looking into matting and framing some of my photography for use in decorating my walls. This is a good one.

About Me

My photo
WELCOME to my blog. I hope you will return often.

I am on my third digital camera, all Olympus. I enjoy using it and sharing my photos. I also enjoy writing. I hope to share a little of each on this blog. My main blog is Postcards From the Northwest.

Kerri and I will continue to add benches to "For the Love of Benches Continued . . . " blog also. It is good to continue to share with her!

Continuation of the Kiggins House Re-model photos were lost when my computer crashed.

The latest city project, TURTLE PLACE, will unfold here as I have time to add photos. It is complete and maybe I can find enough photos someday to show you the final results. Next project after the two I am working on now. . .
