Blog Your Blessings

If you care to join us acknowledging our blessings go here: Blue Panther

My blessing continues to be more Spring flowers -- although Spring also brings allergies, the beauty of the colorful flowers are worth it. Such a variety and they just keep on coming!

Well, blogger isn't cooperating so you will have to take my word for it about the variety of flowers all over Vancouver! I can't show you more that I wanted to but here's a teaser for tomorrow's post . . . roses from the downtown Rose garden!

i like the 4 and 5, without knowing what is it. I like their colors and the lot of petals they have. You're lucky, around here it's very difficult to find flowers, because it's too hot, and as the sea is near, flowers don't like salt, and don't grow so well..

These are gorgeous. We are enjoying the same blessing on this side of the backyard, too.

I now have lots of roses blooming, but yesterday's heat pretty much wiped out my iris. It reached the mid-90s.

do you know what kind of flower those pink ones in the first picture are? I love that Rose. It looks like velvet.

The flowers are so bright and colorful Paulie! You seem to photograph them at the exact moment when they happen to look their best. I love the pink ones especially...such a vibrant shade!

And here you have the rhododendrons - loud applause is heard from over here.

We spent some hours at in a rhododendron garden on Sunday - took a couple of hundred pictures. Watch my blog later this week!

About Me

My photo
WELCOME to my blog. I hope you will return often.

I am on my third digital camera, all Olympus. I enjoy using it and sharing my photos. I also enjoy writing. I hope to share a little of each on this blog. My main blog is Postcards From the Northwest.

Kerri and I will continue to add benches to "For the Love of Benches Continued . . . " blog also. It is good to continue to share with her!

Continuation of the Kiggins House Re-model photos were lost when my computer crashed.

The latest city project, TURTLE PLACE, will unfold here as I have time to add photos. It is complete and maybe I can find enough photos someday to show you the final results. Next project after the two I am working on now. . .
