Blog Your Blessings Sunday/Happy Easter!
If you care to join us acknowledging our blessings go here: Blue Panther
I was trying to think of something special in my photo collection that represented the Christian meaning of Easter for me. When I saw this cattail, I thought it was the perfect picture for what I was seeking. . . Be sure to CLICK on photo to see the seeds breaking through -- photo is sooooo much better larger.
JUST as Jesus broke forth from the tomb and death on that first Easter Day to GIVE US new life with Him, the cattail bursts open and spreads new life through its seeds. A double blessing this Easter!!!!!!!! Happy Easter to anyone that celebrates it!
PS For an added blessing, check out the two unusual Daffodils in the post below.

About Me
- PERBS
- WELCOME to my blog. I hope you will return often.
I am on my third digital camera, all Olympus. I enjoy using it and sharing my photos. I also enjoy writing. I hope to share a little of each on this blog. My main blog is Postcards From the Northwest.
Kerri and I will continue to add benches to "For the Love of Benches Continued . . . " blog also. It is good to continue to share with her!
Continuation of the Kiggins House Re-model photos were lost when my computer crashed.
The latest city project, TURTLE PLACE, will unfold here as I have time to add photos. It is complete and maybe I can find enough photos someday to show you the final results. Next project after the two I am working on now. . .

Beautiful! Happy Easter, Paulie!
Happy Easter, friend. This is a beautiful post, a gorgeous reflection on Easter.
Happy Easter to you too.

A wonderful parallel... Happy Easter!
Beautiful shot!! Our preacher said he doesn't speak of people being buried but he says they are "planted". Like Christ, they will rise and come up again.
It's magnificent when enlarged! Thanks for sharing ... and for visiting recently even though I've been late with posts and absent from the Blogosphere for the past few weeks. I'm hoping I'll have more time for blog visits again soon.
Hugs and blessings,
