Silhouettes in the sky . . .

It was a beautiful day last week when I captured these tall trees.

It looks like it was a beautiful day to get out and about.

As for the wind, it was not nearly as bad as the Santa Ana winds we had in southern California although a few weeks ago we did have some to equal a strong Santa Ana. I don't like wind!

I find the pictures very nostalgic. maybe because of the special light on them;

Lovely tree silhouettes against beautiful skies. As for the cactus, methinks they're pretty much indestructible no matter WHAT the weather. Thanks for leaving the link ... I've not checked it out yet but plan to do so this weekend.
Hugs and blessings,

What a gift the sky is to us . . . I enjoyed the photo after the funeral a day or two ago as well.

About Me

My photo
WELCOME to my blog. I hope you will return often.

I am on my third digital camera, all Olympus. I enjoy using it and sharing my photos. I also enjoy writing. I hope to share a little of each on this blog. My main blog is Postcards From the Northwest.

Kerri and I will continue to add benches to "For the Love of Benches Continued . . . " blog also. It is good to continue to share with her!

Continuation of the Kiggins House Re-model photos were lost when my computer crashed.

The latest city project, TURTLE PLACE, will unfold here as I have time to add photos. It is complete and maybe I can find enough photos someday to show you the final results. Next project after the two I am working on now. . .
