My first dried cherry! I've never seen one, we used to literally raid the tree when I was a kid and nothing was left that we could see!
With the spines and the broken branches, the picture looks like being violent or aggressive!Interesting!
New growth means spring, and spring is what we need now ;-)
PS If you isolated the main subject from the background, it would be easier to focus, both regarding the main subject and for the viewers.
I did isolate it -- that is why I have a white blurred background. . . Ü I chose a small portion of the tree branches to include the dried up cherry.
