Rain beauty . . .

CLICK on any of these to see the raindrops close up and some almost falling off their subject!

It rained really hard this past week on a couple days and this is the result from the last rain on Saturday when I went to the Farmers Market and caught these with my camera. . .

Lots of different sizes of water droplets on this pink one!

I especially like the water droplet near the center that is almost ready to fall off and the one near the bottom petal that is snug in place. CLICK to enlarge and enjoy it also!.

The raindrops are like magnifying glasses on this one as they show the veins in the leaf so well. You will definitely want to enlarge this one by CLICKing on it.

Fantastic series! All those beautyful raindrops!
We had rain here during the time I was away. My children told me it was very strong rain, some streets were full with water. But since I came back, we have a very nice time.

Wouldn't those make great science posters for the little ones? Too bad those days are gone for a while. I bet in another 15 years, kindergarten will be back to nature/dress up/blocks and painting.

Glad you are able to find such beauty in the world.

About Me

My photo
WELCOME to my blog. I hope you will return often.

I am on my third digital camera, all Olympus. I enjoy using it and sharing my photos. I also enjoy writing. I hope to share a little of each on this blog. My main blog is Postcards From the Northwest.

Kerri and I will continue to add benches to "For the Love of Benches Continued . . . " blog also. It is good to continue to share with her!

Continuation of the Kiggins House Re-model photos were lost when my computer crashed.

The latest city project, TURTLE PLACE, will unfold here as I have time to add photos. It is complete and maybe I can find enough photos someday to show you the final results. Next project after the two I am working on now. . .
