Halloween Visit. . . ??????

I recently walked along the Columbia River on my way to visit the sculpture called Wendy Rose again and just before I reached my destination,I spotted "someone" in trouble. I think she needed a better navigation guide. . . poor thing! Stuck on a lamppost for Halloween!

Oil spot "Autumn Leaves?"

When I saw this oil spot, it looked like colored leaves on a tree branch. . . can you see it? Do CLICK on at least the first one to see the beauty in this. . .

Autumn Isn't Over Yet . . .

Wouldn't this make a great jigsaw puzzle?

When I took this photo, I was trying to get a close up of the needles on the tree but now that I see it, I am intrigued by the colors and designs in the whole shot and think it would make a lovely jigsaw puzzle. If you can't see the critter in this first photo, enlarge it and you will. Some computers show it darker than I can see itI was running errands today and spotted this squirrel. Before I could get the lens cap off my camera which was over my shoulder, the squirrel ran up this tree and was trying to hide from me but I caught it anyway. Ten seconds later, it disappeared. Isn't it cute with a nut in its mouth?
